What we collect

The enquiry and register-interest forms on this site do not send or store data. They prepare an email in your own email app. If you send it, we receive what you include: typically your name, email address, telephone number (if given), the property address and type, prices, timescale and details of your enquiry. We also receive anything you email to us directly. We may receive personal data about you from solicitors, other parties to a matter, or public sources such as HM Land Registry, where needed for an instruction.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a scope and fee, and, if you instruct us, carry out the work. If you register interest, we use your email address only to tell you when our market reports and investor tools launch; you can ask us to stop at any time. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running the practice.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to provide our services (for example with our email and IT providers or professional indemnity insurer) or where required by law. Our email and IT providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an instruction are deleted within 12 months. Records of instructions are kept for up to 15 years after completion, to meet professional, insurance and legal requirements.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise them, email us. We will respond within one month.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts are served from this site, not third parties.
